Workforce Information Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Workforce Information Apprentice to join our Workforce Information Team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a broad range of skills in workforce data management, reporting, HR systems administration, customer service, and payroll support within a specialist NHS organisation. The post reports to the ESR & Workforce Information Manager and is based within the Human Resources Department of the People Directorate at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.,

• Maintaining the Trust's Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system, including data entry, approvals, user access management, system maintenance, and data quality assurance.
• Supporting the accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll for Trust employees.
• Producing high-quality workforce reports and analysis to support managers and key stakeholders.
• Generating and managing staff access control cards.
• Ensuring workforce information is accurate, secure, and compliant with NHS standards and requirements.
Working alongside the ESR & Workforce Information Manager and the Workforce Information and Systems Administrator, you will gain valuable experience across all aspects of workforce information and systems administration while contributing to the delivery of essential services across the Trust.
