Workforce Development Lead (Administrative & Support Services)

Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW)isseekinga dynamic and motivated Primary Care Manager to join the Strategic Workforce Plan for Primary Care team as a Workforce Development Manager. This national role will provide expert oversight and leadership for actions focused on the development of the primary care administrative and support staff workforce. It offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of this vital workforce across Wales. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, engaging and committed to supporting Practice Managers and primary care teams to thrive.
