Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW)isseekinga dynamic and motivated Primary Care Manager to join the Strategic Workforce Plan for Primary Care team as a Workforce Development Manager. This national role will provide expert oversight and leadership for actions focused on the development of the primary care administrative and support staff workforce. It offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of this vital workforce across Wales. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, engaging and committed to supporting Practice Managers and primary care teams to thrive. You will help staff feel confident,capableand well supported in increasingly complex and demanding roles. If you are interested and would like to find out more, we would bevery happyto hear from you.   • Rolling out and embedding the Practice Manager Framework across Wales
