An opportunity to join one of the south coasts largest GP practices, currently rated CQC Outstanding, serving 39,000 patients across 5 sites. We are recruiting a team leader for our busy Workflow and Safeguarding team. Key attributes we are looking for include Team Leadership, Workflow & Process Management, Reporting and Compliance and ProblemSolving., Oversee the processing of inbound correspondence - ensuring patient communications are processed efficiently and securely.
Team Leadership supervising the team, setting priorities, delegating tasks, coaching, and handling performance reviews.
Workflow & Process Management designing and improving admin processes, ensuring consistency, and accuracy.
Reporting & Compliance preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
ProblemSolving handling unexpected issues, from IT access problems to liaising with partner organisations.
The Adam Practice is an innovative, large 5 site practice, caring for approximately 40,000 patients. Our team of around 170 people includes many allied health professionals, including doctors, paramedics, nurses, healthcare assistants, support, and administration staff.
