Workday Integration & Finance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workday professional with strong experience in integrations, financials, and data analytics to support and enhance our Workday platform. The role will focus on delivering high-quality integrations, improving financial processes, and supporting ongoing transformation projects across multiple business units.,

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations (inbound/outbound)
• Support and enhance Workday Financials, particularly accounting processes
• Utilize Workday Prism Analytics to support reporting, data transformation, and insights
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and data issues
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across Workday modules
• Support continuous improvement of Workday architecture and processes
  
  Proven experience with Workday Integrations (e.g., EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financials / Accounting
• Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics
• Experience integrating third-party platforms (e.g., eCommerce, payment systems like Shopify)
• Understanding of financial reconciliation processes
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in multi-entity or retail environments is desirable
