Workday HCM Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workday HCM Manager to join our growing Corporate Services and People team. This role will be responsible for leading the delivery of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of our internal capability within KPMG.,

• Lead and manage end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and optimisation projects for clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM modules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and support their professional development.
• Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, tools, and best practices for Workday delivery.
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing, solution design, and client presentations.
• Stay up to date with Workday product updates and industry trends, sharing knowledge across the team., With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.   Proven experience delivering Workday HCM projects, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and configuration.
• Experience managing project teams and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Workday certification(s) in HCM or related modules.
• Experience working in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities.
