Full Job Description

As a Team Leader, you'll provide day-to-day leadership, performance management and professional support to a team of Employment Specialists. You'll create an environment where people can thrive, ensuring your team has the clarity, confidence and support needed to deliver excellent outcomes for customers. At the same time, you'll maintain oversight of performance, quality and contractual requirements, helping the service consistently achieve high standards. Working closely with employers, commissioners, partners and stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen partnerships and support the ongoing development of the service. The focus of the role is to:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Employment Specialists to achieve meaningful and sustained employment outcomes.
  • Create a positive and inclusive team culture where people perform at their best.
  • Drive performance while maintaining a strong focus on quality, customer experience and values-based practice.
  • Monitor outcomes, quality and compliance to ensure contractual expectations are achieved.
  • Build effective relationships with partners, employers and stakeholders to improve services and outcomes for customers.
