Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for three Team Leaders to join our Work & Wellbeing team, with posts covering Barnsley, Sheffield, Doncaster and Rotherham.
We’re looking for inspiring and performance-focused leaders who believe that employment can transform lives.
This is an opportunity to lead a team of Employment Specialists who support people experiencing mental health conditions, disabilities and other barriers to achieve meaningful and sustained employment outcomes.
You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, high-performing culture where people feel supported, challenged and empowered to do their best work. Working alongside employers, partners and health services, you’ll help shape an employment support service that delivers real impact for individuals and communities across South Yorkshire.
You’ll join a supportive, values-led organisation where collaboration, learning and continuous improvement matter. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to influence practice, develop people and make a lasting difference through the work of your team.
