Full Job Description
As a Team Leader, you will lead a small team of Employment Specialists, providing day-to-day leadership, performance management, and professional support. The focus of the role is to:
- Lead and motivate a highly effective team of Employment Specialists to deliver positive and sustained employment outcomes aligned to customers' job preferences
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, strengths-based employment support service
- Provide clear operational oversight, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Work collaboratively with partners, employers, and other stakeholders to continually improve service delivery and outcomes for customers. - A strong understanding of employment support and what good outcomes look like
