Full Job Description
- Provide exceptional leadership and direction to the work experience team, ensuring outstanding outcomes for learners
- Lead and deliver the college's work experience strategy, aligning with CEIAG and wider organisational priorities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with curriculum teams and employers to maximise placement opportunities
- Monitor and track student participation, progress, and achievement in work experience
- Develop and embed best practice processes for recording and reporting work experience activity
- Deliver work readiness sessions, including interview preparation and employability skills
- Provide guidance and support to students and staff on work experience and career pathways
- Support learners on a 1:1 or small group basis to overcome barriers and succeed
- Contribute to safeguarding as part of the College Safeguarding Team
- Produce reports for senior leaders and contribute to quality improvement processes
- Work with marketing to celebrate success stories and employer engagement
