As a Work-Based Tutor in Sportsturf, you'll play a vital role in mentoring apprentices as they work towards Greenkeeping and Sportsturf apprenticeship standards. Drawing on your background in golf course maintenance, grounds management, or wider sportsturf operations, you'll support the next generation of professionals entering the industry.

Working flexibly, you will manage and visit a cohort of apprentices based across a range of golf and sports facilities. You'll inspire and engage learners to succeed through impactful, practical, and motivational teaching, learning, and assessment.
