Full Job Description
The WISHH Charity is looking for an experienced and dynamic fundraising coordinator with knowledge and experience of charitable fundraising and considerable energy and enthusiasm that will inspire patients, visitors and the local community to choose to support the WISHH Charity.The post-holder will have experience of working as part of a successful team and will contribute to the successful performance of the Charity by developing and managing a variety of fundraising campaigns and initiatives to develop a range of income streams and providing a positive and engaging 'supporter' experience that champions the values and ethos of the Charity.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with initiative, creativity, and a passion for making a difference in their local community., The post is an important link between the Charity, hospital employees and the local community. The post-holder will build an understanding of NHS donor audiences and their motivations to give and will deliver a seamless and unique donor experience to every individual connecting with the Charity, ensuring that respectful, genuine and engaging relationships are formed.
The post-holder will be expected to work in close collaboration with hospital colleagues at Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital and will excel working in a creative and innovative environment. The post-holder will work to the Charity Chief Executive and be expected to work independently and autonomously, mobilising fundraising projects and initiatives, and in doing so ensure they are working within the Charity guidelines and charity law to safeguard the reputation and standing of the WISHH Charity.
