We're looking for experienced and professional individuals who can provide first-class wine and drinks service to our hospitality guests, creating memorable experiences in our premium lounges and restaurants on matchdays.

• Delivering exceptional wine and beverage service within our premium hospitality areas.
• Confidently opening and presenting wines at the table using the correct service techniques.
• Advising guests on wine, champagne and drinks selections.
• Explaining drinks options and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Serving wines and beverages to the highest professional standards.
• Maintaining excellent presentation and attention to detail throughout service.
• Working closely with the wider front-of-house and bar teams to deliver a seamless hospitality experience.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness and guest service.
• Following all company and unit policies relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
  
  Previous experience in premium hospitality or fine dining is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of wines, champagnes, spirits and premium beverages.
• Confident opening, presenting and serving wine at the table.
• Comfortable discussing drinks menus and making informed recommendations to guests.
• A strong understanding of premium hospitality service standards and etiquette.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, polished approach.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
