Windsor Farm Shop Assistant

To deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring high standards of presentation and food hygiene while supporting the smooth running of daily operations.,

• Serve customers products at the Delicatessen counter including hams, cheeses, baked pies etc.
• Operate tills accurately and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Keep the shop floor clean, well-presented, and fully stocked throughout the day.
• Move stock to shop floor as required.
• Rotate stock, ensure accurate pricing, and help minimise wastage.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to support customer enquiries and maximise sales.
Food Hygiene & Safety
• Support kitchen operations, including basic food preparation.
• Uphold high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times.
• Complete required health and safety checklists in accordance with Crown Estate policies.
• Assist with safe and calm evacuations in emergencies., Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, including litter picking, toilet checks, and emptying bins.
• Follow procedures relating to uniform, lost property, and other key operational policies.
Operational Flexibility
• Provide support across all areas of the Farm Shop as required.

• Basic IT skills.
• Basic or intermediate food hygiene certificates

• Delicatessen experience.
