Full Job Description
This is a varied and important role, providing high-quality support across the School and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of key administrative functions. The successful candidate will undertake a broad range of duties, including attendance administration, diary and meeting coordination, preparation of correspondence and communications, database management, reception duties and support for School events and pupil activities. Working closely with colleagues across the School, they will need to be highly organised, adaptable and confident in managing competing priorities within a busy environment. The role also involves regular contact with pupils, parents, visitors and other stakeholders, so a warm, professional and approachable manner is essential. Discretion and confidentiality are particularly important, alongside strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a willingness to support the wider administration team wherever required.
