Wellness Spa Receptionist - The Peak - Jumeirah Carlton Tower

An opportunity has arisen for a Wellness Spa Receptionist to join us at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role
Warmly welcome and escort guests throughout the spa, ensuring a seamless and personalised journey. Handle enquiries confidently, recommend amenities, and proactively promote spa treatments, products, and current packages to enhance the guest experience. Support revenue generation by managing bookings, upselling treatments and retail products, and maintaining strong, accurate knowledge of all spa services, promotions, and retail items. Deliver excellent guest service by handling billing transactions accurately, promoting ongoing spa packages, and encouraging repeat visits through rebooking and tailored treatment recommendations. Anticipate guest needs, including those with special requirements, by observing, listening, and offering suitable services or product suggestions that elevate guest satisfaction and wellbeing. Recognise and address guest dissatisfaction promptly, taking appropriate action in line with procedures and escalating to management where necessary to ensure effective
service recovery. Maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and operational readiness of guest areas, treatment rooms, and the reception desk. Ensure all spaces are fully stocked, organised, and aligned with service standards and SOPs.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Knowledge of guest services and guest relations, food service, food safety and hygiene.
Desirable
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a Related Field
