Opening September 2026, Silver Linings Therapeutic School is a new specialist setting supporting pupils aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs, trauma backgrounds and neurodiversity. Located in NG16 6NA, our school offers a therapeutic, relationship-based approach to education, where learning is built on safety, connection and trust. Start: September 2026 About the Role We are seeking a Wellbeing Support Lead to join our therapeutic team and deliver our PHSE and wellbeing curriculum. This role is central to our approach - supporting pupils to develop emotional literacy, resilience, healthy relationships and life skills. You will work closely with the pastoral and therapeutic teams to ensure wellbeing is embedded throughout school life.,
- Plan & deliver PHSE and wellbeing programmes
- Support emotional regulation strategies
- Work closely with pupils needing additional wellbeing support
- Collaborate with therapists and teaching staff
- Support whole-school wellbeing initiatives We are looking for someone with experience in:
- youth wellbeing
- counselling or therapeutic work
- SEMH support
- pastoral leadership
