Opening September 2026, Silver Linings Therapeutic School is a new specialist setting supporting pupils aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs, trauma backgrounds and neurodiversity. Start: September 2026 About the Role We are seeking a Wellbeing Support Lead to join our therapeutic team and deliver our PHSE and wellbeing curriculum. This role is central to our approach - supporting pupils to develop emotional literacy, resilience, healthy relationships and life skills. You will work closely with the pastoral and therapeutic teams to ensure wellbeing is embedded throughout school life.,

• Plan & deliver PHSE and wellbeing programmes
• Support emotional regulation strategies
• Work closely with pupils needing additional wellbeing support
• Collaborate with therapists and teaching staff
• Support whole-school wellbeing initiatives
We are looking for someone with experience in:
• youth wellbeing
• counselling or therapeutic work
• SEMH support
• pastoral leadership
