Full Job Description
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to support the delivery of our new Wellbeing-Only Referral Pathway.
We are seeking a dynamic, positive, and motivated individual who is passionate about service development and improving patient care. This role offers the chance to lead and contribute to the ongoing development of the Wellbeing Centre, while working as an integral member of the wider Wellbeing Team.
The successful candidate will be proactive, innovative, and committed to delivering high-quality holistic support, helping to shape and enhance our wellbeing services for patients and those important to them., The Wellbeing Specialist will work closely with the Head of Wellbeing and Therapies to develop, deliver and oversee a programme of wellbeing and therapy services which will see the Hospice reach people in the communities in which it serves, and that access to these services is equitable and fair in its reach.
St Catherines Hospice is a respected local charity providing specialist hospice care alongside statutory service partners (GPs, District nursing etc) across West Sussex and East Surrey.
This post is offered on a permanent, full time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.
