The Children's Society has a vacancy for a Practitioner within our Resolve@ Team.
Resolve@ is an Emotional Health & Wellbeing service offering early help support to children, young people and their families who are experiencing a traumatic episode due to recently experienced DVA. The team covers Merseyside, Shropshire, Torbay and Rochdale.
The nature of the service means that service users require intensive support which may have to be provided during out of hours and weekends. The service holds no waiting lists and therefore the ability to build relationships quickly, identify risks, and process further support is vital.
The Resolve@ offer requires the post holder to develop relationships with a number of professionals across organisations and other service providers to enhance the emotional, mental health and wellbeing offer with the aim to increase personal resilience, and empower them to manage their own mental health., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. Evidence of working in settings with people age 8-18 who have emotional, behavioural and/or mental health concerns.
