physical, psychological, and social well-being and to understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents., As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator at Avery Healthcare, your role involves providing a variety of activities to engage and stimulate residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. The role requires understanding the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment. Responsibilities include identifying residents' life history and preferences, planning monthly and weekly activities, arranging events and outings, and maintaining a safe environment. You must align with Avery's values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability. Experience in a residential nursing Dementia setting, organizing activities, and effective communication skills are essential. A positive attitude towards older people is crucial.
