ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the
residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being and to understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents. Other responsibilities will include: Identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents by listening to them and their families to support the development of a detailed life story., At Avery Healthcare, we are all about supporting the people who care for our residents. Your focus as Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents by listening to them and their families to support the development of a detailed life story, planning
and submitting a monthly activity and wellbeing plan, arranging activities, events, and outings, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
