ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the
residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being and to understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents. Your focus as Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents by listening to them and their families to support the development of a detailed life story, planning
and submitting a monthly activity and wellbeing plan, arranging activities, events, and outings, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
