ABOUT YOU To succeed in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in everything you do. Our ideal candidate must: Have effective communication skills, verbal and written. Demonstrate understanding of the role interaction plays in the general well-being of people. Have a positive attitude toward older people and a commitment to providing stimulating, quality activities and social events. Have previously worked with older people in a residential nursing Dementia setting.
