As Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the resident's physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, reporting changes in residents condition, supporting activity planning, and establishing community links. The ideal candidate must have effective communication skills, a positive attitude toward older people, and experience working in a residential nursing Dementia setting.
