If this sounds like the place for you, wed love to hear from you!, Were now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Southampton Manor Care Home in Hampshire. As Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the resident's physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, reporting changes in residents condition, supporting activity planning, and establishing community links. The ideal candidate must have effective communication skills, a positive attitude toward older people, and experience working in a residential nursing Dementia setting.
