If this sounds like the place for you, wed love to hear from you!ABOUT THE ROLE As Wellbeing and Activities Assistant,
your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the resident's physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities will include: Maintaining a safe liv, The Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Avery Healthcare focuses on supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in offering activities that engage and stimulate residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. The role includes maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting changes in residents conditions, supporting the ordering and preparation of supplies for activities, and establishing community links. Successful candidates will embody values of caring, honesty, respect, and accountability. They must be able to drive the company minibus, possess effective communication skills, and have a positive attitude toward older people, with previous experience in a setting involving older individuals.
