Full Job Description

Design and deliver a varied, engaging, and meaningful programme of activities that cater to residents' personal interests, hobbies, cultural and religious needs Promote physical and mental wellbeing through both group and individual sessions Organise special events both inside and outside the home such as arts and crafts, musical performances, outings, pet therapy, and fitness activities Work with residents to produce newsletters and support communication for social media and relatives Maintain accurate records of participation and gather feedback to improve activities Manage and work within a monthly activities budget Support residents with transport to community activities and appointments where necessary
