Welding Supervisor

Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater

Opportunity Type: Long Term

Start Date: November 2026

Rotation: 10 Day On / 4 Day Off

Mactech requires a Welding Supervisor with TIG and MMA experience for the Hinkley Point C nuclear new build project.

To start November 2026, subject to vetting and onboarding.

LATS, IOSH Managing Safely or SSSTS plus CCNSG Safety Passport are essential prior to starting on site.

Rates (as per Site Supervisors Agreement - SSA)

  • Dayshift Rate: £33.23/hr
  • OT1: £46.53/hr
  • OT2: £59.82/hr
  • Bonus: Up to £4.99/hr
  • Lodge Allowance: £53.39/day (£373.73/week) - if eligible
  • Travel: Return rail fare + travel time - if eligible
  • Holidays: 20 days + public holidays
