A long‑established precision engineering company in Redhill is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Welder/Fabricator to join its high‑quality production team. This role suits someone who takes pride in precision workmanship and can deliver consistently accurate results in a fast‑paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating CNC Press Brake machines to form sheet metal components
  
  
• MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
  
  
• Punching and fabrication of sheet metal parts
  
  
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings with accuracy
  
  
• Working to tight tolerances where quality and precision are essential
  
  

 
About You

• Confident across MIG/TIG welding and sheet metal fabrication
  
  
• Skilled in CNC press brake operation
  
  
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and fabrication processes
  
  
• Quality‑driven, reliable, and able to work independently
