Full Job Description

Contract Type: This is a zero-hour contract, meaning we can't guarantee a set number of hours each week. While we aim to provide a consistent work pattern, flexibility is needed as schedules may change based on business needs. We'll try to give as much notice as possible. Although not guaranteed, typically we expect to offer 22.5 hours per week over 4 days in the busier months, including weekend and Bank Holiday work. In the quieter months, you will work fewer hours. For this role, you'll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role. What it's like to work here Reporting to Pearl Copeland - Welcome Manager and Antonia Helm - Welcome and Service Assistant Manager, you'll be part of our Welcome Team of 9 here at Sizergh. What you'll be doing Day to day, you'll be delivering a warm, welcoming and inspiring visitor experience in an outdoor environment. You'll proactively engage with visitors, answering questions, sharing stories about the place, and taking the time to understand what matters to them. A key part of the role will be Growing Support through membership recruitment, using engaging conversations to help visitors connect with our cause and understand the value of becoming a member. You'll play an important role in ensuring every visitor has the best possible day, creating memorable interactions that leave people feeling welcomed, appreciated and inspired. Whether you're supporting key property events, promoting activities and experiences, or encouraging visitors to deepen their connection with us through membership, no two days will be the same. Great visitor experiences are at the heart of what we do, and we're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in an outdoor setting, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while building meaningful relationships with visitors
