Weekend Support Worker Driver

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and compassionate individuals to join our team of care/support workers.

As a care/support worker you will become an integral part of our service users lives. You will support them to maintain their independence and promote their dignity by working in a person centred way.

You may provide the following support on a daily basis:

Preparing nutritious and healthy balanced meals for service users and ensure their hydration needs are met
Supporting service users with their medication
Complete shopping or daily errands for service users
Support service users to wash and dress, ensuring personal hygiene
Support service users to maintain mobility
Support service users to attend appointments
Support service users to live a fulfilled life by supporting them to access the community and take part in activities that they enjoy
Communicate with other professionals and ensure the care around the service user is joined up and effective

We are looking for care/support workers who are friendly, have a positive outlook and who are passionate about providing only the highest quality of care.
