Weekend Support Worker

In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract. What you'll do:

• Provide person-centred support at home and in the community
• Encourage independence, confidence, and fun
• Support daily activities, outings, and hobbies
• Build a trusted, consistent relationship with the client

• A confident driver with a full UK licence

  £100 Welcome Bonus + Up to £14/hr
Contract: Zero-hours - Every other weekend (saturday and sunday's) providing cover for sickness/annual leave Love dogs, driving, and making a real difference? One day you could be supporting at MMA training, the next exploring the Welsh countryside with three energetic dogs or heading out on spontaneous adventures. Shift Pattern:
• 11am - 5pm shifts
• Day shifts
• Every other weekend and cover for sickness, annual leave and service needs as required, Up to £14 per hour dependant on NVQ qualification
• A paid DBS check
