Full Job Description
We are looking to recruit a proactive and responsible Weekend Site Assistant to oversee the safe, efficient and secure operation of the school site at weekends. Trinity's campus hosts a wide range of activities, including music lessons and rehearsals, sports fixtures, training camps, community lettings and international sporting events. You will help ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all students, staff, visitors, hirers and contractors on site.
Working closely with the Sports Club Duty Manager and Security Team, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of weekend activities, responding confidently to issues and maintaining a safe and secure environment. You will also help prepare the campus for the return of students and staff, ensuring the site is safe, secure and ready for the week ahead. The role requires flexibility, reliability and initiative, with the confidence to work independently and respond effectively to a varied and busy environment.
We are a diverse community at Trinity and strongly encourage applications from teaching and operational staff from a range of backgrounds. To enable us to make any reasonable adjustments, please let us know when you submit your application whether you have any special requirements.
