At Jaguar Land Rover Swansea, our Showroom Hosts are the face of the business and play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. This is far more than a traditional reception role. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you'll help ensure our showroom operates smoothly while delivering a warm, professional welcome that leaves a lasting impression. • Welcome and assist customers and visitors to the dealership
• Introduce customers to the relevant departments and team members
• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
• Support dealership events, promotions, and customer activities
• Provide general administrative support as required
  
  Has a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
• Enjoys working with people and building rapport quickly
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
• Is confident, organised, and self-motivated
• Has previous customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
• Presents themselves professionally and creates a positive first impression
