Full Job Description
- Maintain Health and Safety food regulations
- Preparation and service of food, and cleaning of kitchen
- Set up of the service area for breakfast lunch and evening meal
- Responsible for the cleaning of dining room and kitchen, storerooms and outside storage area
- Checking in goods for quality control and packing goods away on delivery
- Assisting the chef in daily running of the service
- Assisting the Chef Manager with deliveries, stock rotation and removing any out-of-date items.Communicating when products running low
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable engaging with elderly, vulnerable customers and their families, in a caring and respectful way
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment desirable, but not essential - full training provided

- 25days' holiday (Plus Bank Holidays) increasing up to 28 days with 3 years of service
