Job Title: Weekend Cleaning SupervisorRate of Pay: £ 13.22 per hourPosition Type: PermanentType of Employment: Part TimeShift pattern: Saturday & Sundays (5:00am - 1:00pm)Contractual Hours: 16 hours per weekLocation: Holt Park Leisure Centre, Holtdale Approach, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England LS16 7RX, We're looking for a Weekend Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Holt Park Active Leisure Centre.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead a small cleaning team, maintain high standards across the site and support the day-to-day running of cleaning operations.

What You Will Do Here
-Lead and support the weekend cleaning team.
-Check that all cleaning tasks have been completed to the required standard.
-Sign off daily cleaning activities.
-Train new team members and support existing staff.
-Make sure equipment sign-out sheets are completed correctly.
-Keep cleaning cupboards clean, organised and safe.
-Report any staff performance or conduct concerns to the Site Manager.
-Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
Previous cleaning experience.
-Good communication skills.
-Reliable and organised approach.
-Ability to work independently and lead a team.
-Positive attitude and a willingness to support others.
Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.Apply Now
