Weekend Cleaner

Sodexo is seeking a reliable, hard-working Cleaner to join our housekeeping team on a busy industrial site. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality cleaning services across office spaces, laboratories, toilets, showers, and general amenity areas, helping us maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment for our client and their workforce. What you'll do:

• Carry out general cleaning duties across a large industrial site
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in all areas
• Respond politely and professionally to customer requests
• Adhere to Health & Safety, COSHH, and site-specific policies
• Ensure cleaning equipment and cupboards are clean, stocked and well maintained
• Assist with cover for absent team members where required
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow site rules at all times
• Keep accurate records as directed by management
• Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews
  
  Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Awareness of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
• A team player with a flexible and positive attitude
• Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Willingness to cross-train and support other service areas if needed
