Full Job Description

You'll be supporting established kitchen teams during busy services across a range of hospitality environments. Assignments include:

  • Care homes
  • Hotels
  • Gastro pubs
  • Restaurants
  • Contract catering
  • Corporate dining
  • Event venues
    • Every kitchen is different, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience while enjoying the flexibility that agency work offers.

    We're looking for chefs who can confidently step into a professional kitchen and make an immediate impact. You'll have:
  • A minimum of two years' professional chef experience
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or above
  • A fresh food background
  • Strong service skills
  • Excellent food hygiene standards
  • A reliable and professional approach
    • Due to the locations of many of our clients, a driving licence and access to your own transport is preferred.
