As a Part-time Chef you will be: Supporting the Head Chef for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Maintaining good food storage procedures and stock rotation according to established procedures. Responsibilities include supporting the Head Chef, maintaining good food storage procedures, preparing and cooking meals to a high standard, serving food and beverages, participating in food costings, adhering to food hygiene regulations, and assisting in creating new menus. Successful candidates need to be 18 years or older, have GCSE or equivalent in English, City & Guilds 706/1 and 2, Basic Food Hygiene, and previous experience in a similar environment. Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maintaining high-quality meals are
essential.
