Full Job Description
This is a greatopportunity for an experienced Cook looking for a regular weekend position withset hours, giving you the consistency of working every Saturday and Sundaywhile keeping your weekdays free. You'll take ownershipof the kitchen, work independently and use your cooking skills to create mealsthat people can enjoy. What makes this role rewarding?

- Prepare and cook nutritious, high-quality meals for residents and staff.
- Take responsibility for the kitchen and make sure meals are prepared and served on time.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures at all times.
- Check stock levels and order or replenish ingredients and supplies when required.
- Work closely with colleagues and communicate clearly to ensure the service runs smoothly.
- Work confidently and safely when working independently.
Please note that thisposition is subject to an age restriction. Applicants must be aged 18 or overand able to provide valid photographic identification., Previous experience in a professional cooking or catering role is essential. - Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures.
- The ability to work independently, manage your time and prioritise tasks.

- Reliable, self-motivated and confident working alone.
- A positive and flexible approach, with the ability to work well with others and follow procedures.
