you'll do:Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standardsContribute to menu planning and recipe developmentSupport, guide, and train junior chefs and kitchen staffEnsure full compliance with health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, COSHH, and fire safety regulationsMaintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environmentWhat you bring:NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and at least 2 years' experience as a chefStrong culinary skills and a genuine passion for cookingAbility to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchenClear, respectful communication and a strong team spiritWhat we offer:Working at Sodexo isn't just a job - it's a chance to make a difference every day.
