- Lead all event enquiries - Respond promptly, professionally, and personably.

- Manage the full booking process - From first contact to post-event follow-up.

- Build guest relationships - Understanding each client's vision and delivering it with care.

- Produce detailed event plans - Including function sheets and timelines for the wider team.

- Coordinate with kitchen & FOH teams - Ensuring seamless communication and smooth execution.

- Deliver exceptional events - Weddings, private dining, meetings, celebrations, and more.

- Drive sales growth - Develop partnerships, attract new clients, and increase repeat business.

- Monitor performance - Track revenue, budgets, and guest feedback to support continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in events or sales - Preferably within hospitality or venues.

- Excellent communication skills - Friendly, professional, and confident with clients.

- Strong commercial awareness - Able to grow revenue, convert enquiries, and maximise opportunities.

- Organisation & planning - A natural multi-tasker with great attention to detail.

- Creative problem-solving - Calm, adaptable, and focused when plans change.

- Team collaboration - Works closely with front-of-house, kitchen, and management teams.
