This role involves a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive online success. In this role you would contribute to the growth and success of the e-commerce business by optimising the website for user experience, sales, and overall performance.,

• Maintain and update website content, including product listings, banners, blog posts, and promotions
• Manage the CMS Admin Panel, ensuring smooth functionality and uptime
• Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues promptly
• Update stock levels and lead times to ensure orders are delivered in full and on time
• Implement SEO best practices, including keyword optimisation, meta tags, and structured data
• Utilise SEM Rush to optimise content and landing pages for higher keyword rankings, increased organic traffic and improved conversion rates
• Analyse website traffic and user behaviour using Google Analytics, Hotjar and other tools
