Job Details: Web Delivery Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Web Delivery Manager to join our global Marketing team. You will be accountable for delivering world-class and consistent web experiences worldwide across Sage's solutions. You will be responsible for the evolution and development of sage.com in support of company commercial targets and the performance of Sage's web presence to establish Sage as a thought leader and drive demand. This role offers a great opportunity to build many different relationships with our craft experts, learning and gaining insights from industry-leading colleagues. Summary of your day-to-day? As our Web Delivery Manager you will be leading project planning and progress tracking of Sage.com projects across multiple markets, business functions, and cross-functional teams, co-ordinating inputs and delivery ensuring the project is delivered on time in full. You will conduct senior executive stakeholder engagement through Project sponsor level during Sage.com projects, ranging from project status updates to identifying high-level benefits and highlighting any major risks to delivery. Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week out of our Newcastle office and 2 days from home. Key Responsibilities What will I be involved in?
- Leading web strategy for Sage's existing websites and lead project planning and progress tracking of Sage.com projects across multiple markets and business functions.
- Maintain personal credibility as a web delivery manager demonstrating strong leadership, with a reputation of trust and senior executive support.
- Conduct senior executive stakeholder engagement to project sponsor level during Sage.com projects, through adaptive, concise content and communication of high-level benefits and major risks.
- Application of project management methodologies (PRINCE2 and Agile), assessing the appropriate method having evaluated project conditions including but not limited to project goals, risks, and resource.
- Cognizant of project boundaries, ensuring that project scope remains controlled and that key contributors deliver to agreed timelines and required standards and quality.
- Contribute to the delivery of a successful transformation of Sage's web experience.
- Partnering with web content management, product marketing, CX, brand, IT and more, to ensure seamless web experience delivery.
- Be a strategic partner to the business, using data and insights to guide business discussions around opportunities to grow the business by improving the performance of Sage.com.
Experience in Digital Marketing - Experience of developing, implementing and executing global web strategies and delivering world-class projects
- Proven history of analysing highly trafficked, multi-country/product web environments through to conversion and revenue
