Location The job is primarily based in our offices in Catford, London, SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work in the office at least two days per week, and from home on a regular basis. • Educated to degree level or equivalent, with evidence of continuous professional development

  What's the role?
We're looking for a Web Content Officer to join us on a 12-month fixed-term project that will directly improve how residents interact with the Council online. Working closely with our ICT and Communications teams, you'll help develop a new Contact Us experience for our website, analyse resident enquiries to identify pain points, improve web content and create a knowledge base of the most common questions residents ask.
