Weaver Whistle, Northwich - Northwich
The Weaver's Whistle is a well-loved, family-friendly pub at the heart of the Northwich community. Located close to the A556 and surrounded by residential neighbourhoods and local businesses, the pub benefits from strong lunchtime food sales, solid wet trade during the week, and a busy family-focused weekend offer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator with a background in high-volume food, carvery operations and function-led businesses. The pub has built an excellent reputation locally and already attracts a loyal customer base, with the popular Sunday carvery sitting at the centre of the offer.
The Weaver's Whistle offers multiple income streams, including two private function rooms with great potential for celebrations, community events, meetings and family occasions. Outside, a large beer garden and children's play area make it a go-to destination for families throughout the year. With current sales of £14,000 per week, we feel there is huge potential to develop the sales even further by utilising the multiple income streams available.
We're looking for operators who can:
- Deliver a fantastic food and carvery experience.
- Drive function room bookings and community engagement.
- Lead a high-volume operation with energy and attention to detail.
- Build lasting relationships with local families, groups and businesses.
If you're passionate about food-led hospitality and want to take on a thriving community pub with real growth potential, the Weaver's Whistle could be your perfect next venture.
What's in it for you?
- 26% share of weekly sales (excluding VAT) plus a guaranteed annual retained sum of £35K (released weekly)
- Incentive bonuses based on business performance and standard audits.
- Low ingoing costs, starting with just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost.
- Accommodation included with most bills covered, except the council tax & TV Licence
- As part of our application process, we use Lily, an AI-powered interviewing assistant to support the early stages of screening. Lily helps us move quickly, keep things flexible for you, and create a more consistent candidate experience, but one thing you should know - all hiring decisions are still made by our people.
