Job title: WBL Assessor Trainer - Electrical Installation Permanent, Colchester Campus Up to 37 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year £5,000 Skill Supplement About the role: To train and assess candidates towards agreed qualifications or standards (knowledge, skills and behaviours) To support the college with the completion of learner sign-ups, reviews and attend employer meetings as required within the Work-Based Learning (WBL) provision. To complete all required awarding organisation documentation accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring full compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Delivering engaging and innovative training using a variety of approaches to meet
diverse learner needs. Assessing student work in accordance with established criteria and providing timely, constructive feedback to support progress and achievement. Monitoring and tracking student performance, implementing appropriate interventions where necessary. Contributing to quality improvement processes, including standardisation, moderation, and compliance activities. Essential Experience: Industry experience within relevant sector. Essential Qualifications: Education to level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in required subject or equivalent OR Education to degree level and/or above in required subject or equivalent Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent Why join us?
