Opportunities range from Legal Counsel to Interim General Counsel and project specific consultancy assignments and span a wide variety of sectors, giving our WBD In-House Lawyers and Consultants opportunities to broaden and diversify their experience.

You'll be working with us on a non-exclusive agreement with a say in which types of high-quality secondments you'd like to take on. We offer a mix of remote and hybrid opportunities, and are open to part-time or full-time working arrangements to help support your work-life balance.


Who are we looking for?


To be successful in this role, you'll need as a minimum:



  • At least 3 years post-qualified experience (PQE) as a Solicitor in England & Wales, Scotland or another Common law jurisdiction

  • Experience either working within or advising clients within sectors such as Energy & Natural Resources, Technology, Financial Services, Insurance, Public, Government and Third Sector, Manufacturing, Transport, or Retail and Hospitality

  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality work with a focus on areas including:

    • Commercial & Corporate

    • Procurement

    • Real Estate

    • Planning

    • Insurance

    • Financial Services Regulatory

    • Transactional Banking

    • Dispute Resolution

    • Technology / Digital

    • Intellectual Property



  • At least 6 months of in-house legal experience, gained as a qualified lawyer in an in-house legal team, on secondment to a client from a private practice law firm, or from having trained in-house
