Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer / Legionella Risk Assessor / Plumber Location: Enfield, Greater London Salary/Benefits: £26k - £40k + Training & Benefits Due to continued company success, our client is seeking a multi-skilled applicant, who is confident in undertaking water hygiene and plumbing duties, in addition to legionella risk assessments. You will be joining a national player within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, who have a growing presence across the South East of England. The ideal applicant will have a flexible attitude in order to adapt to changing client requirements. • Proven experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer / Legionella Risk Assessor / Plumber Will hold the City and Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing Must be qualified with the G3 Unvented ticket and NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing Excellent technical knowledge, including: HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines Hardworking attitude Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills The Role: CWST inspections, cleans and disinfections Tank installations and chlorinations Showerhead disinfections TMV servicing, installations and replacements Removing deadlegs Replacing flexi-hoses Cooling tower cleans and disinfections Conducting legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems Fault-finding on site Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring Producing detailed reports to
