Water Cooler Technician

We are currently recruiting for a Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join a busy water business servicing customers across London and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has a practical hands-on approach and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Following a comprehensive one-week training programme, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing water treatment equipment at a variety of customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out scheduled servicing of water coolers and water treatment systems
  
  
• Completing filter changes and planned preventive maintenance
  
  
• Sanitising water coolers and associated equipment
  
  
• Undertaking up to 18 sanitisation visits per day
  
  
• Ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently
  
  
• Maintaining accurate service records
  
  
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers at all times
  
  

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  
  
• Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
  
  
• Reliable, organised and motivated attitude
  
  
• Previous field service, maintenance experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided
  
  

• £13.50 per hour
