Gateshead Council is seeking to appoint a number of Refuse and Recycling Operatives to join the Waste Services team. The role involves undertaking refuse and recycling collections labourer across the borough of Gateshead.

Basic numeracy and literacy skills in line with the requirement of the role.
Good physical fitness
Experience of working in a customer focused service.
Experience of working in an operational environment.
Experience of refuse and recycling services.
Demonstrable experience of being committed and passionate about service delivery.
Demonstrable experience of flexibility adaptiveness to work.

This is a four day service working Tuesday to Friday 7:30 - 17:15.
