Full Job Description
- Operating a Linde/Hyster owned fork lift truck and a tail lift vehicle
- Collecting waste in a variety of containers from different areas of the site and processing the waste
- Operating hazardous dry waste in drum compactor
- Completing daily check sheets and relevant defect sheets
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of waste vehicles
- Segregating and sorting waste streams in the waste yard and storage facility prior to disposal
- Collecting, storing and processing, non routine waste
- Assisting with waste yard duties
- Escorting contractors around site What are we looking for?
- Similar operational manual handling background
- Full UK driving licence Desirable - training will be provided
- Forklift truck licence
- In Drum Compactor Training
- A basic knowledge of Health and Safety Law inc. COSHH This position is subject to satisfactory enhanced security clearance What's next?
