Waste Manager

SSL is recruiting for a full time Waste Manager working a total of 37.5 hours per week The role reports into the Head of Facilities Support Services & responsible for Waste Management, Reduction, Recycling, and EducationMain duties of the job Be the Professional Topic Lead and Advisor for Waste Management and related services. Oversee (including supplier), waste management systems and services and work with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that they provide; or are enabled to provide; continuous Legal, Regulatory or other relevant waste management compliance. Advise the Trust of any changes to waste, environmental and other relevant legislation, Regulations or best practice, as they relate to Trust waste management services.
